You understand that verifications are done by third-parties (trust anchors), ie not by Cipheredtrust employees.

You understand a verification is a best effort process and DOES NOT guarantee the authenticity or veracity of the
verified information.

You understand the possession of a certificate DOES NOT guarantee that the possessor has the
right to use the verified information. In other words you understand that it is possible
for someone to misappropriate a certificate by either stealing it or misrepresenting themselves
during verification.

4.
You understand that trust anchors may fail to apply appropriate due diligence during verification
and thus might issue certificates that don't reflect accurate information or accurate ownership
of the verified information.

5.
You understand that information verification on the Certisfy app DOES NOT offer or imply any sort
of safety (physical or otherwise) thereafter regarding interactions with the party from whom you obtained a claim.

6.
You accept that these terms will continue to be updated and that by continuing to use Certisfy
you accept future addendums.
